Just did the most current update and now the app doesnt work

...and you are letting us down. Desperately tried to see the severe thunderstorm hitting Poplar Bluff tonight on the radar. Nada. Nothing. No radar, not even a current weather report. I relied on the old app to know when to gather my family close in a safe place and felt helpless tonight as my home was hit with 64 mph winds. I feared a tornado, but had no idea because my electricity was knocked out. This app let me and my family down in a big way. I want the old app back.

After seeing all the bad reviews, I decided I would finally download the new app due to curiosity. Wasnt let down. Exactly what everyone said. I checked the old app all the time for weather and loved it. This app is horrible! Missouri looks tall and skinny. My county looks foreign to me and I cant even locate where I am at in that county because it is misshapen. How will I plan things?!?! Took a perfectly good app and ruined it...

If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!! This app fails to launch time after time!!!! How can I read alerts if I cant get to them!!!!!!! BRING BACK THE OLD APP......OR FIX THIS ONE ASAP!!!!!!

I dont understand the poor ratings. This app is as good as the national news apps and doesnt crash as much either. The weather section could be improved for zooming in and out and changing locations but otherwise, this new app is fine!

Like the old more. Can never ever access new app.

What a bad app. It doesnt work well at all. It crashes. The weather part of the app is AWFUL. I thought the Heartland Stormteam cared about weather. KFVS has taken a step backwards with this app.

The old app was a lot better, the news was more up to date, the weather warnings were actually broadcast onto the app, and the old app was quicker. Someones job performance at kfvs needs to be evaluated.

Much worse than the previous app. Weather maps are terrible. No access to national headlines. I used the old app to watch KFVS news live when I was traveling, and this one does not have the option to do this.

Please bring back the old app. Weather now worthless.

Would give negative 5 stars if I was able to. Bring back the old one. This app just proves new is not always better.

I cant get the news. I have every other tab but no news. I live in Jackson so that makes no sense at all. Its also very slow.

I dont understand the bad reviews! This new app is much sleeker than the old one and the weather radar is very handy. I love the way you can pick one article and swipe left or right to go to the next or previous article. Very handy app and its always up to date on local news and weather.

The new app is useless as far as weather or the radar. I have contacted kfvs12 many times over this. With that being said anyone looking for good radar maps there is options: look for Lsn,Inc download any of them that are close to you. They are just like the one kfvs12 had and are accurate. Also, wsil3 has a very good radar, and then wpsd is good. I hope this helps. I only used 1 app until kfvs ruined it, since then I have some very good ones to use from other sources. Also, the apps that I use from Arkansas has better news coverage. Also, for some reason the update they just released does not allow the radar to work. The other reviews are correct, this app is terrible.

This ap is pretty useless. The original one was much better.

Runs very slow, crashes frequently and I dont mind ads, but these ads are distracting an all over the place.

This app keeps freezing up. Useless

I used the old app all the time and it worked fine. When I finally had to download the new one it worked ok until the ads got added to it; that made it extremely slow to load. Now that I have upgraded my phone to the iPhone 4s it wont even let me get past the set up page. So until it gets fixed I am stuck with no way to check current news. Not happy!!!
