This app is horrible! It crashes every time I go to use it!

Still crashes all the time and if it does decide to work it is wicked slow.

The app was always slow and crashed often. I hated all the ads that they threw in. Now that I updated it doesnt want to open! A waste of time to download!!

My app updated today. STILL BROKE!! Still sad till it is fixed. Totally worthless.

If you wanna know what happened last week/month this app is for you!! Same crap different day! I know more stuff goes on than whats put on here daily!

Havent been able to share a story on Facebook in ages. Just pops up with an error, no option to maybe log in again or anything.

This app used to work good. I loved it. Now it crashes on start up. U tried to delete then redownload. Still not working. Please fix

Pure junk, crashes daily

I used to love this app. I like to keep up with news even though I dont live down there now because my family still does. Now it keeps crashing and wont even open. Fix it or u r deleted!

This app has a lot of flaws. Locks up continuously. The only way to correct this is to unload and reload the app. The app. itself works well when it works. Also the weather app has the same issues.

If you need the news and werent able to watch it while it was airing on tv them this app is the app for you. While it leaves much to be desired it is functional and gets you the news for the tri-state area of KY, MO, & IL.

Best app at finding out all the news in the 4 state area.

I really like the Breaking News Alerts very much, BUT Kfvs has started using these alerts as advertisements to watch the next newscast! These are NOT breaking news stories! Stop misusing this valuable function, otherwise a lot of app users will delete the KFVS 12 app all together!

I really liked this app until they started using the alerts to advertise when there next broadcast is & other random information. Being "alerted" of random information is tiresome. The only purpose I havent shut off the alerts is to be alerted for bad weather as my area does not have storm sirens within earshot. Please stop with the extraneous alerts.

The app itself works just fine and for the most part, I liked it - until they started sending out alerts to advertise the next broadcast. My biggest complaint are the alerts for the breakfast show that come in around 6 am and sometimes earlier. It would be one thing if I actually lived in the viewing area and got up that early, but I dont, and therefore dont appreciate being awakened quite that early only to see an ad containing random info about the upcoming newscast. I wouldnt mind if it were actually breaking news…but this app is the only reason I turned on the "Do Not Disturb" feature on my phone. Not cool. An option to choose the type of alerts we get would be great.

In theory, I like the idea of having a local news app in Cape. Specifically I would like to receive notifications of interesting things going on around town and/or emergency weather alerts that are more specific than the common NOAA alerts you can get on any weather app. Instead KFVS chooses to send me all kinds of fear mongering, gossip-like headlines and come across as desperate for my attention. Feels like SPAM. Every notification is "so-and-so killed their mom and 3 kids," or "so-and-so commits suicide at the age of 43." Makes me wonder if people commuting all this local crime were driven to do so by listening to KFVS news. If you want an app that is constantly letting you know when there was a shooting, or whos going to jail for what, then you might actually like this app. The app itself is a bit glitchy (as you would expect from a locally funded app). Crashes out every once in a while. Zero innovation. If I asked you to think of what a local community news station app could bring to the table, your first thoughts are exactly what this app is. Articles, weather, and some videos. Seems like there is a lot more they could do in a positive sense if they put in a bit more thought. I gave it 2 stars because, at least it works.

This is an updated version of the KFVS12 app. It crashes every time I try to open it and wont open beyond the first logo screen.

It wont update since the first day. The app is now useless.

After the update I cant get it to refresh it tells me it up to date but the news is from 2 days ago
